At LOULOU LOLLIPOP, we want you to love your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain products like pacifiers and teethers are final sale.

Return Process

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print for your return package.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original condition and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects your returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
